Dan Zalk brings nearly 17 years of leadership experience in healthcare, home health, and education staffing to his role at Entrust Health. With a deep understanding of operational strategy and workforce development, Dan is passionate about building systems that work—for teams, for agencies, and most importantly, for the families we serve. Throughout his career, Dan has led high-performing teams across multiple states, launching new home health offices, school-based staffing divisions, and ensuring agencies meet the highest standards of licensure and compliance. His work is grounded in a belief that quality care starts with thoughtful planning, empowered teams, and a relentless focus on doing what’s right.
